Finding Your Ideal Audience On Social Media Doesn’t Have to Be Weird

Target Marketing is all about finding and connecting with audiences who are most likely to buy from you

It’s a well-known fact that social media is made up of two types of people, those who are constantly posting and those who have no idea what they’re doing.

The problem with this is that it can be hard to find like minded individuals on your feed if all you see are posts about food pics or selfies. This blog post will explain why it’s so important to use target marketing to find the perfect audience for your business!

This point was driven home this afternoon, when I received a message on IG from what appeared to be a company interested in sponsoring the show.

This is not unusual. The majority of my social media for years has focused on highlighting the flexibility in lifestyle that comes with creating your own definition of work and success, especially as a late career professional.

I utilize a lifelong acquisition of skills to carve out a viable career that pays the bills, yet gives me the flexibility to hang out with my granddaughter or have a late lunch with a friend.

Brands Want To Get their Product In Front of Your Audience

I’m often offered partnership and sponsorship opportunities for products and services that could contribute to the life, work, and wellbeing of my audience – From coffee cups and standing desks, to Marketing Creation & Automation tools, beauty products, jewelry and apps.

Today’s offering was a bit different….

Although I haven’t reached out to the vendor yet (and I plan to), the biggest takeaway for me is the need to continue refining my message, so my ideal audience can be clear on how I can help them, and it’s definitely time for another

I look carefully at the companies that approach me and really try to see if this is a good fit for me, and my audience for the long term.
